Yanfei Du

 

Yanfei Du was born in Qingdao, Shandong Province in 1990. He graduated from Academy of Art University with a

Master of Fine Arts in 2019. Yanfei's work primarily with Abstract Painting and Moving Image, Fei constructs a

dialogue between perception and existence. His works emerge from the interplay of inner consciousness and

external reality, where the visible self and the intangible spirit converge into a fluid, ego-less state of being. Through

an iterative process of erasure and renewal, sensations transmute into forms—a meditation on the ephemeral and

the eternal.
